Providing empathetic support to patients, the full-time Virtual Medical Assistant will assist with non-clinical administrative tasks, help navigate patient care experiences, and collaborate with healthcare providers remotely. Key responsibilities: Offer high-touch support to patients by answering non-clinical questions and anticipating their needs Assist providers with administrative tasks in the Electronic Medical Record system, including managing patient messages Investigate complex patient situations and coordinate with clinical, pharmacy, and insurance teams to resolve issues Required qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in a patient-facing administrative, healthcare, customer service, or operations role Demonstrated proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and diverse technological tools Experience with health insurance plans, benefits verification, and prior authorizations preferred Bachelor's Degree preferred Availability to work holiday shifts as part of the schedule rotation
